A new identity with a clear responsibility
Setia Tose’e Yekta was established in 2024 under the AMAK Properties brand. Sky Garden is the company’s first development. What distinguishes the starting point is the independent experience of its members across construction, project management and professional industry organisations—brought together to form a coherent development practice.
AMAK will not borrow credibility from anyone’s past. It intends to build an independent reputation through the quality of its own decisions and developments.
